Delivers attentive table service at Cucina Portici, combining a warm welcome, seamless service, and attention to detail.
One of the first and last points of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting with information and requests throughout their stay.
Takes responsibility for a dedicated section of pastry production, combining technical precision with creativity.
Supports the hotel’s day-to-day administrative and accounting operations.
Leads the breakfast section, ensuring quality, consistency, and smooth morning service.
Oversees kitchen operations for the Cucina Portici line, ensuring consistent standards and seamless service.
Manages a dedicated kitchen section, ensuring organization, precise execution, and consistently high-quality dishes.
Welcomes guests and provides attentive table service throughout breakfast.
Oversees the dishwashing and stewarding team, ensuring efficiency and the highest hygiene standards throughout service.
Creates visual and digital content that reflects the brand’s identity across graphic design, communications, and online channels.
Ristorante I Portici

Leads front-of-house service with experience and confidence, supporting the team throughout the most demanding moments of service. Supports the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day coordination of service and the front-of-house team.

Academy Portici

Academy Portici is the culinary school of the I Portici world, located at Via Zamboni 2, in the heart of Bologna.
Expert Instructor in Bolognese Fresh Pasta Making. Shares the traditional art of sfoglia and Bolognese fresh pasta through hands-on classes and demonstrations for guests and students.
Bottega Portici

Bottega Portici is I Portici’s casual dining concept, located in Piazza di Porta Ravegnana, in the heart of Bologna.
Supports the day-to-day operational and commercial management of the store.
Prepares and serves coffee and other beverages at the café counter.
Prepares fresh pasta according to traditional methods, both in view of guests and behind the scenes.
Welcomes guests and provides attentive table service at Bottega Portici.
Oversees kitchen production and service, ensuring smooth and consistent day-to-day operations.
