TO ENJOY A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE AND A TASTE OF BOLOGNA
Ad hoc [wine stories]
A beautiful journey that crosses Italy and Europe and offers a careful selection of small artisan winemakers – bottles in magnum format and rare vintages – combined with a menu created for the occasion by Executive Chef Nicola Annunziata . The selection of the leading producers of Ad hoc was curated by Sommelier Riccardo Ricci.
The events will be held once a month – from January to June – in the room Ex Ice House.
27 February – Bernhard Huber
The third event of Ad hoc [wine stories] will be held Tuesday, 27 February at 8 pm, at the Ex Ice Room of I Portici Hotel, offering a selection of German wines by Julian Huber.
A new journey, this time in the German region of Baden, known for its ancient wine tradition that lies between the Rhine, the Black Forest and France. An exceptional meeting with Julian Huber to tell and share the ascending myth of some of the greatest Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines from Weingut Bernhard Huber.
For the evening will be proposed a 5-course menu, designed by Executive Chef Nicola Annunziata, accompanied by wines chosen for the evening.
The cost of dinner and wine pairing is 180 euros per person.
Dinner will start at 8pm and will be prepared a single table.
