Pasticceria Eden embodies and expresses the philosophy of a place where pastry art blends with research and exclusivity,
offering both sweet and savory selections to accompany you throughout the day — moments when one seeks elegant sweetness crafted
with mastery, as well as the uniqueness of desserts with a highly recognizable style.
These are small works of art, created through the skill and passion of Pastry Chef Vincenzo Digifico, the soul and mind behind the desserts served at the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant I Portici, Italy, since 2012,
led by Chef Nicola Annunziata, with whom he shares thoughts and vision.
The founding idea is precisely a conceptual “fil rouge” with the starred restaurant,
ensuring sweet and savory offerings intrinsically characterized by a very personal approach.
All of this presented with a refined, minimal, and unpretentious touch — a perfect harmony between design and pâtisserie proposal.
A signature awakening by Pasticceria Eden
Where pastry meets art, the event series “Colazione d’autore” comes to life, featuring Pastry Chef and gelato maker Gabriele Vannucci alongside our own Pastry Chef Vincenzo Digifico. An experience dedicated to sweetness, where the expertise of two outstanding pastry chefs blends into creations of haute pâtisserie paired with the creamy richness of artisanal gelato.
