Pasticceria Eden embodies and expresses the philosophy of a place where pastry art blends with research and exclusivity,
offering both sweet and savory selections to accompany you throughout the day โ€” moments when one seeks elegant sweetness crafted
with mastery, as well as the uniqueness of desserts with a highly recognizable style.

These are small works of art, created through the skill and passion of Pastry Chef Vincenzo Digifico, the soul and mind behind the desserts served at the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant I Portici, Italy, since 2012,
led by Chef Nicola Annunziata, with whom he shares thoughts and vision.

The founding idea is precisely a conceptual โ€œfil rougeโ€ with the starred restaurant,
ensuring sweet and savory offerings intrinsically characterized by a very personal approach.

All of this presented with a refined, minimal, and unpretentious touch โ€” a perfect harmony between design and pรขtisserie proposal.

Christmas has never been so sweet with the traditional panettone created by our Pastry Chef Vincenzo Digifico.
The result of careful research and the selection of the finest ingredients โ€” flour, butter, eggs, sourdough starter, candied fruit, and a 22-hour leavening process โ€” the traditional panettone from Ristorante I Portici will leave you speechless.

Soft in texture and delicately scented with vanilla, itโ€™s best enjoyed slightly warm to fully appreciate its rich nuances.
Best consumed within 48 days.

Pasticceria Eden is open every day from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
