A new gourmet restaurant in Bologna..

Opened on October 22nd 2008, the restaurant “I Portici” is managed by Chef Guido Haverkock. The Restaurant is located inside the luxurious “I Portici Hotel”, a 4-star member of the Small Luxury Hotels of The World (SLH) and STYLE Trendy & Elegant Hotels with a view of the porticos of via Indipendenza.

The Restaurant I Portici was designed as an ideal spot for experiencing an extraordinary wining and dining pleasure. The charming details of the sophisticated décor are accompanied by a careful selection of the ingredients on which the cuisine of Chef Guido Haverkock is based. The all-natural flavours of Guido’s cuisine are matched by the equally natural elegance of the ornaments and tableware: crystal, silver, fine porcelain, linen, fresh flowers. And white gloves for an impeccable service.

With a fascinating interplay between the versatility of black and the purity of white, between contemporary and romantic, the restaurant provides a "crescendo" service that pampers the clients from the moment they get in and all through this “sensory travel” where taste and sight are marvellously stimulated and satisfied.

The restaurant that seats 30 will be open evenings only and will be closed on Sundays and Mondays. For lunch it will be open only for the hotel guests.
